Teach Children Where Real Food Comes From
What we call "agricultural literacy" is at a depressingly low point. We have lost contact with the origin of our food. Our children are confused as to where the food they are eating is grown and what it is.
We are not eating "food." We are often eating "food-like substances."
You have a much better chance to raise children to eat clean, healthy food if they understand what it is, where it came from, and how it is grown.
Food quality matters. We are what we eat. The basic problem is that we have no idea what we are eating.
I share a variety of tips for fun ways to change this for your child.
